## Mesh (16 agents + Herman)

Herman fungeert als **Co-CEO** in het centrum van het netwerk. Agents communiceren via events (`agent_events`) en worden gevisualiseerd op `/agents?tab=mesh`.

> **Let op:** `/hermes` is het Telegram Command Center (aparte module), geen agent in de soul registry.

## Souls

Elke agent heeft `role_title`, `responsibilities` en `soul_md` in PostgreSQL (`agent_souls`). De HR-soul is een placeholder en wordt later uitgewerkt.

## Permissions

Module rechten voor Herman: `/settings?tab=permissions` — tabel `herman_permissions`.

## Agent events

Marketing publish, reclamefolder sync en ops refreshes loggen naar `agent_events` voor traceerbaarheid.

## SysOps

- Dagelijks 07:00: approval requests (maintenance scan + backup)
- **Gitea:** volledige repo-sync bij deploy en na goedgekeurde backup
- Verslag: tabel `sysops_activity` + `/ops` UI + Herman briefing sectie "SysOps IT"
- Gitea user: `sysops` — zie `scripts/setup_gitea_sysops.sh`
