Aissa ff22498dcd Improve cockpit typography for readability across all pages. 
Raise base font to 16px, enlarge sidebar, buttons, tables and headings, add Inter font and global typography layer.

Aissa 8712f503b1 Fix sidebar scrollbar between nav and content. 
Remove independent sidebar scroll so the page scrolls as one unit; add dark themed scrollbars and bump CSS cache versions.
