Add Network Design Studio with multi-U Dell rack designer.

Includes rack catalog/API, Visio-style drag-and-drop, faceplate assets, readable nameplates, and theme/RDP UI updates so multi-U placement stays correct during design. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
